Mentre la delegazione italiana prepara i bagagli per il Congresso mondiale 2003, ecco le news dalla Danimarca
1. Delegates kit - More than just another bag
The contents of the delegates' kit you will receive is determined by now. Besides a handy bag, sponsored by Zacco A/S, your delegates kit will include some very important items, helping you making the 2003 World Congress an extraordinary treat. Naturally, one of these items is the printed congress programme, which will be your guide during the congress week. Here you can find the programmes, explore the contents of the seminars and training sessions and much more. You can read the warm welcomes from the Prime Minister of Denmark (nella foto sotto, Anders Fogh Rasmussen), the Local President of Junior Chamber Wonderful Copenhagen and many others.
 Furthermore the delegates’ kit will contain presentations and greetings from our sponsors. Among other things you will find a practical pocket guide with all kinds of useful information from the general programme, shopping and restaurant guides, information about Denmark and Copenhagen and a tourist dictionary. Together with the pocket guide there is also a pocket map of downtown Copenhagen. In the pocket guide each shop, restaurant and congress venue is listed with the relevant coordinates referring to the pocket map. It is our sincere hope that you will make use of the delegates kit and that it will enhance your congress experience.

3. The WC2003 news during the congress
In the last World Congress News we revealed that the 2003 Congress News will be open to anybody - also if you are not participating in the congress. No matter where you are - Copenhagen, Cologne or Calcutta - you will be able to see what's going on, see the pictures and read the summaries of the many congress events. Our official web site will be transformed into an electronic World Congress Newspaper and on a daily basis we will update it with new articles and photos. Regardless whether you are participating or not: Keep an eye on this novelty from November 3:

4. How many first time delegates do you bring along?
In order to focus on the development and growth of JCI we have chosen to give a prize to that country which brings along the most first timers to the 2003 World Congress. How many are participating from your country? If you bring quite a few first timers, then follow the competition during the congress. Of course you can register more first time participants during the congress and hopefully win the heavy prize.

6. Leave your shorts and miniskirts at home
Unless you normally live in the Polar Regions and is used to freezing
temperatures, then don't bring your summer clothes when going to the world congress in Copenhagen. When packing your suitcase you should consider bringing the below clothing when visiting the Danish winter climate:
q Warm clothes: Sweaters, trousers, socks etc.
q A warm coat or jacket
q Comfortable and warm walking shoes
q Hat, scarf and gloves - especially if you are used to a warm climate
q Umbrella
The day temperature in November is usually around 5 degrees Celsius, and in the night it can be freezing. You will probably experience many different types of weather, from sunny to windy to rainy and maybe even snow. As you might see from this description of Danish November weather you should prepare yourself by bringing warm and weatherproof clothes - and then you will be ready to experience Copenhagen.

8. Are you ready? – We are!!!
Right now there is less than one week before we welcome you in Wonderful Copenhagen.
