JCI President Fernando Snchez-Arias proudly announced that his wife Olimpia Petzold had given birth to a healthy baby girl, Paula Sofia Sanchez Petzold, in Maraibo, Venezuela, on Friday, April 16, 2004, at 6:44 p.m., and that both mother Olimpia and baby Paula are doing great.

Paula Sofia weighs 2.8 Kgs (6.2 pounds) and is 50 cms. (almost 20 inches) long.
